Adam is amazing!! Great salesman for one along with being very personable and genuine. He helped me upgrade from my Kawasaki Z125 Pro to my new Kawasaki Z500 se. Everyone at MR is great, but again Adam really stands out from the crowd. Thanks again, Adam : ) love my new ride !

If I could give a negative star, I would. They are nothing but a bunch of liars. We called and explained our situation with needing to get the oil plug rethreaded. "Oh yes! We can do that for you! Come right down, and we will expedite it for you." We drove an hour and a half on a rubber oil plug, hoping it wouldn't give out only to get there, and they say they won't work on the bike because it wasn't theirs. Are you kidding me? What kind of thieving liars are you! I'm disgusted with your lack of service.

I cannot say enough about Mike. He was very patient and answered all of the million questions I had. The best part is he took the time to find a bike that I could actually fit,as I am very vertically challenged and had already been to three other dealerships......leaving feeling defeated everytime. Mike not only put me at ease and made me feel comfortable but he also left me with no doubts that I will be riding soon. Thank you Mike for being amazing!!

Our experience at MR MOTORCYCLE was great. But Dom Johnson kicked it up to A-MA-ZING!!
This young man is so professional, well mannered and so patient while I asked crazy questions. He was knowledgeable, insightful and helped me make the best decisions for my UTV’s!!
If you need to buy parts, accessories, etc…. For your motorcycle, UTV, ATV, go see Dom!!!

Went in to get some parts, Chase was super helpful in getting me what I needed and even helped recommended good gear that's reasonably priced. I also talked to Steve about purchasing a motorcycle. It was refreshing to talk to someone who's also a fellow rider, he wasn't focused on the sale but more focused on making sure I had the information and features I was interested in. Great shop ,be sure to stop by, they have a huge inventory and variety!

Excellent customer service. Salesman listened to what my needs were and showed me a variety of bikes. I purchased a bike that I really like, it meets my needs and my payments are where I wanted them to be.

I called Steve Austin at Mr Motorcycle to see if a machine was available that I could see on the website. It was not, but he quickly identified something I was interested in. We completed a quick sale process and he delivered to my Dad for Fathers Day! Great service- thank you!

Great selection and knowledgeable team that can answer any questions you have. You can custome order items and have them put on before you right it of there. Their service area is great. They know their stuff but plan on dropping some green backs

I have been an MR customer for years. I start mail ordering parts back in the 90’s as my first experience. Purchased the first Concours 14 they sold while on a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I have bought tires and accessories from them over the years.
However, my last two visits have been disappointing. The staff seem only interested in pushing sales on bikes, ATV’s etc. getting assistance with a helmet or glove purchase was not of interest.
Last week a friend I was riding with 300 miles from home got a flat in the front tire. We called and they had the tire in stock. After plugging the tire, we rode 90 miles for the tire only to be turned away. My friend was on a Ducati and “if we don’t sell it, we won’t service it” was the reasoning for not helping. Couldn’t even borrow some tools to remove the wheel in the parking lot.
We won’t bother them again with our needs.

Never had any trouble getting a bike here! Always willing to work with you. Would recommend Vincent as a sales rep. Good dude and knowledgeable about any bike/atv/sxs in the store. Always a 5 star in my book!
