“This place has the best prices in Asheville. The drive is very convenient..right off new Leicester hwy, going into Patton avenue. Security cameras are installed very good. I'm talking about triple cameras in just 1 corner... That made me feel at ease. Also you have 24 hr access. Highly recommend.”

“Renting trucks and changing residences are not my favorite pastimes. Seriously. BUT: We rented a truck from U-Haul Moving and Storage of South Asheville at 3161 Sweeten Creek Road today. Dorey at the front desk was professional, helpful, and engaging. It was immediately clear that she was in it for the customer, and that she knows her stuff. A five-minute consult saved me headaches and some heartache. She moved several of us in and out efficiently, with great customer service. Targeting what we wanted and needed, answering questings, and getting us on our way in a timely fashion. Nice. Thanks Dorey. When returning a rental truck, it feels like it's way past time to get out of the da** thing! When you're done, you're done. I was tired and just ready to get on my way. Several trucks were stacked for cleaning, and I figured I was in for a wait. Not so. This was where Ty stepped in. He was already busy, but I got eye contact from 10 yards away, and a smile that said "I've got your back". He directed me to a place to park and immediately helped me gather my belongings, inquired about the day, and asked whether I had everything I needed. I got a smile. and a "...you're good to go". It was as smooth as parking your own car in your own driveway. Nice. Thanks Ty. I don't do many reviews. I have certainly never done one regarding a rental truck experience. I will wholeheartedly suggest that if you need a truck, visit these folks. They will get you on the road. t”

“Gasperson helped me with a recent move in NC & I had a great experience. The prices are reasonable & the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They handled my belongings with care & everything was in perfect condition when I received it. I hate assembling & disassembling furniture & they took care of this for me & did a great job! They also were able to get my furniture up a flight of stairs with ease! I would use them again in the future & recommend them if you need to move.”
