Called day before to ask about approximate typical wait time. Answer: 15-30 min. Today took a number. One other person waiting ahead of me. Waited 1 hour without any word spoken to me but watched staff wander around with food, a man demand to be next without a number, & staff staring at computer screens. I left without lab work. I’m 70+ yrs & no longer drive. My ride had to go & it’s 18 miles back home. Lab Express is wrong name for this place. Waste of time & gasoline.

I called them and asked if they did TB test. Worker said they did. I asked what time they opened and closed. Went next day and lady said the TB test couldn't be done because they stop doing that test at 1:30pm We got there at 1:40pm picked a number and waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. I really felt like previous worker should have told us that when I called about hours they are open since I stated I needed a TB test.

Today was my first visit at this location. I took a number and waited about 2 minutes to be called. Whitney was efficient with finding the doctor's order and the check in process. She was also skilled with the lab draw while being friendly yet professional.

This was my first visit to Mission Lab Express. Two people ahead of me. My wait time for check-in was 10-15 minutes. Check-in took 15-20 minutes… probably a little longer than usual, as I was in their system, but my provider was not; he and my 6 orders had to be entered. Woman who checked me in took me back for draw. She was courteous, efficient, friendly. Facility was clean. My results were sent to my provider within a day or two. Overall, great experience.

I had an amazing experience here. I was extremely nervous about getting blood work done because I usually pass out. Everyone who was working the day I came in was attentive and caring and made sure I didn’t pass out.

I had a very positive experience overall at Mission Lab this morning. I was seen immediately, and Whitney helped me from start to finish. She was very warm and genuine, and made an otherwise unpleasant experience (blood draw) as comfortable as possible.

My first time going to mission lab Express.I was taken to check in immediately. Checked insurance and ID, entered into system, one quick stick and I was out of there.My lady was courteous, efficient, friendly.Could not have asked for a better experience

Rude receptionist. Older lady who goes by "Chris". I've been bringing a young man with autism to this location every month for years for lab draws. She's never been able to stick him, so she usually gets one of the younger girls to draw while she registers him. This last time we went, I let him go back without me since he's been doing awesome with his lab draws the last few months. He was back there forEVER so I went back to see what was taking so long and found her attempting to draw. Of course she couldn't. It was 5:01 and the lab closes at 5 so instead of finishing the job so he wouldn't have to go through the trauma again, she told him he'd have to come back since it was 1 minute after closing time. The next day his poor arms had bruises all over them. SHE'S THE WORST. It's time to retire and quilt Chris. Will never go back here.

Wow what a terrible experience! Only one person working. They don’t check you in until your “number” is called. So I waited two hours for service only to be told she could not find my order. It was a very frustrating experience.

I’m just sorry for whoever has to deal with these people. They are rude, they don’t care at all. If I pay for something, I should be treated with respect, not like I’m a piece of trash????

The lady who works at from desk, middle-oldaged, blonde with dark brown roots and heavy eyeliner, is literally the rudest human being ever. Every time I have had to call here she answers the phone with an attitude and is not helpful at all. Today I went in with a lab request and she denied me because it was on my phone. I told her I don’t have a printer at home and asked if I could email her and she could print it. she was sitting in front of a computer and had a big printer behind her. She said no she couldn’t and said i’d have to go to the public library... why work in health care if you hate people so much?? get laid

The Mission Lab Express employees are kind and very professional. They are very focused each month when I go for labs. I am thankful how they handle helping get my lab results promptly to my ordering physician. I am a kidney transplant patient. I appreciate the excellent service they perform. I have no worries when I go there. Thanks staff.

Perfectly friendly ladies at the front desk. I was in and out in 10 minutes on a STAT blood draw order. Remember, it's not nice to name call and it takes two to have friction.
