Took my measurements, explained the tailoring, sizes and meaning of the different shirt designs to bring me up to speed so I could get the right size and fit. Great brand knowledge and fantastic customer service. He was not there to sell me shirts, he wanted to develop a life long customer. He did! Thanks Chris”
“Accidentally left my shirts in the bag at the mr tea Nextdoor. As we were out of state the gentleman that works here was super helpful and offered to ship me the shirts to my house. “Beautiful store. Large assortment of wire and wireless bras in smaller sizes for tween and teen girls. The smallest band size I saw was a 30. Most bra shops start at 34. Not really impressed with the teenage staff members. They spent most of their time behind the cashwrap, playing with magnets, chatting and poking phones. The only help we saw anyone get was unlocking dressing room doors ringing customers. We were never checked on in the store or dressing rooms. I was digging through the drawers and racks to find sizes and colors. I have read so many great reviews about the wonderful service. I expected more from the staff on such a slow week night. If you are shy or modest, this may be the kind of experience you are looking for. The products are wonderful, but I want more interest and action from sales associates.”

“Overall experience was fine.This retail store is located inside the Asheville Outlets right off highway 26. Park anywhere around the mall and use the maps to find your way inside to the store.There are plenty of clothing options for both men and women, as well as a smaller kids section. I do not shop for clothes often, so it looks about the same as any kind of clothing store. At the time of our visit they had many discounted items and various things half off. The staff are friendly, but they could use at least one more employee floating around helping customers or opening their fitting rooms. It was pretty busy for a Saturday.Overall I don't know if I would go here again if I ever come down to the outlets. I am a local and it is a good trap for tourists and my family from out of town visiting.”

“I visited Ashville threads in February and ended up placing an online order because they didn't have my size in store. The man helping us at the store was so kind and helpful, and told us all about the designs and the process of making the shirts, which was so cool to hear about. My order took a long time to arrive, which didn't bother me but I got a handwritten note and two free stickers as an apology for the wait. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and with the store itself. Go visit if you are in the area!”
