I appreciated both the simplicity and cleanliness of the store as many furniture places are crowded and distracting. Mattresses are the main focus. Salesman was both well informed and patient.

For me, researching and purchasing a new mattress feels about as appealing as watching Frozen for the 3,763rd time with a tireless, overexcited, small child who knows every single line of the movie and makes you wash the Elsa costume 3 times a week and makes you listen to the soundtrack on every commute and... I digress. Garrett made the process not only nearly stress-free for us, (I mean, paying out a large sum of money is always going to be at least a little stressful for me), but he also made the experience enjoyable. No pressure approach. Knowledgeable. Remarkably helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience, and we highly recommend Garrett at Mattress Warehouse to anyone and everyone. Husband & I just purchased our first quality mattress here & had a great experience! Some quirks but hey, its Asheville. We were helped by Garrett who was more than patient with all of our questions & didn't do the whole "pushy salesman" act. We had a fun time & are very excited for better sleep!

I first called the store in Ashville and told them what I wanted. I drove to the store and Brian Kinder took me to just the mattress we discussed on the phone it was the same mattress I had purchased before. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great. However during our store discussion the wrong Size mattress was ordered and delivered. I called Brian immediately and he had the right Size delivered and picked up the incorrect one, which I did not sleep on so it would not be messed up in anyway. I am ever si grateful fir mattress warehouse and Brian's help. I could have went to a competitor here in waynesville but really wanted to work with mattress warehouse and so very thankful that I did. I highly recommend mattress warehouse and the great job and professional service of Brian Kinder.
