Greg was really helpful from the start! No pressure just information..took the time to ask good questions as to what we were looking for.. price range and type of mattress. Showed several models gave us honest opinions and made the whole experience from entry to exit as smooth as could be! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was honestly blown away with the amazing service we received from Lexy at the Tunnel Rd Mattress Firm. She is SUPER knowledgeable about their products and sleep health in general. I felt like I was getting really good counsel from a trusted friend throughout the whole process. We FINALLY chose a Tempur-pedic adapt Lux after about 1000 questions and countless comfort tests. It is really nice to know that we can return it or swap it out if it's not a good fit and have the benefit of a real human to assist us in process if need be. I don't know how the heck anybody makes an online bed purchase. I was both surprised and pleased with our mattress firm experience.

Alexandra was amazing. She gave us great information, explained the differences in types of mattresses and most of all was not a pushy sales person. We left with quotes on 2 beds and returned less than a half hour later to make the purchase.

We had an absolute wonderful experience. Quick and easy which I really like. Clint was awesome he was funny and 100 percent transparent with my partner and I about cost warranty’s ect. Went in on a Friday and they are getting the bed to us on Sunday. Could not be more pleased. Thank you Clint we are very excited to sleep and wake up with no back pain!
