Marilyn was highly dedicated to helping us find the house we wanted. We were coming from out of town and had little familiarity with the market in Western North Carolina. She spent several weekends showing us loads of properties, including one weekend when she had to shift her schedule on short notice when our flights got scrambled. She listened to us and understood the features we were looking for. She gave valuable advice on local market conditions, bidding strategy and the buying process. She also gave us the time and space to reach our own decisions rather than steering us one way or another. Her experience, knowledge of the market and understanding of our goals got us a great outcome!

I had reached out to Marilyn to look at listing a second home I own. She was very responsive at first, however after the initial contact, it would take her weeks to respond. After a number of prompts via text, email, voicemail to ask simple questions, Marilyn did not respond at all. Very disappointing.

In addition, she surrounds herself with an excellent support team that is always available to answer questions or address problems. Marilyn is a master communicator and answers texts, calls and emails promptly. She goes way above and beyond to service her clients. We were out of town sellers and Marilyn took care of everything needed so that we did not have to travel back and forth to handle inspections, etc. Marilyn is extremely patient, calm and very professional.
