Clean store and a fair amount of folks to help with questions. On this occasion I to take a bathroom break. The men's room was kind of funky; peeling paint, dirty floor and an empty paper towel dispenser. It could use some work. However, personal needs such as this is not why one goes to Lowes. This is a good store.

They don't have the hardware or home things we need, like air filter sizes that modern homes use but not as common. They carry baseic generic and tons of that.They also make most of their supplies lower quality than what the standard used to be. Dang it! Cheap! Chinese!

I placed my order online and my contractor went to pick it up. When he arrived it was incorrect and you had to pick it again. Even though you gave me a 10% credit that does not cover my cost for the time my contractor spent waiting for you to get the order correct.

Was walking to the counter with my items when I when I was ambushed by Lezbian Lezlee snatched my items and escorted me to the cashier. I told her its hers now and went and talked to the manager.Unprofessional.

I waited 6 weeks to have a fridge delivered. 1st attempt teuck was too big for the driveway. 2nd attempt raining didn't even try. Can't schedule 3rd attempt this late in the day (6:39 is too late) worst customer service I have ever had.

Ok, but found more of what I needed at Home Depot. However, when I was able to find help on the floor, they were always helpful in taking me to the section of the store I needed to find.

I've been to this Lowe's before and been very frustrated by the lack of customer service and inventory. This isn't the pandemic any more, so I thought I'd try again. I will never go back. I rang up my items at the self-service checkout and the screen kept saying I needed to put the scanner back in it's holder. It was already in the holder. It told me to wait for help. No one helped or said a word while I took my debit card back and walked out of the store, leaving my buggy behind. I don't mind doing the cashier's job for them, but the checkout should at least work correctly. What a huge waste of time! Avoid this Lowe's!

We have bought many things from lowesthrough the years including a refrigerator and many lawn care equipment and products. We purchased a mini fridge for 200 dollars as a gift that turned out to not be used. Never been opened. Cannot be returned because this is considered a major appliance and has a 30 day instead of the regular 90 day return policy. Not the end of the world but certainly will be using Home Depot for all our further home care needs. Very

Customer service is awful!I went in to pick up 5 items I ordered online, there were only 4 boxes they told.me 2 items were in 1 box. Like a dummy, I trusted them and didn't open the boxes unti l got home when I discovered there were only 4 items (not the 5 I paid for).I called, talked to them - they said they would call me back later that day.... never did.I called the next day and spoke with Oxanna, after a 20 minute phone call and having to tell her patiently and kindly the correct item number on the order 4 times, she said she would call me back by 6 pm.....never did.Called back at 8pm, customer service said they would find her and get her on the phone. I waited in hold for 32 minutes when I heard someone pick up the phone, say nothing, and hang up.... unbelievable.Called back 4 more times, finally got someone who.said they would try to find her....then hung up on me....This is really really bad. I may become a loyal home depot customer instead...

I have never been treated so politely by an amployee! Corey, the young man in plants, went above and beyond....patiently helping me with bulbs...and with a smile. Thank you, Corey!! And, Lowe's, you BETTER treat this young right! You do not want to lose him!!

We love our hometown Lowe's! They make the job easy by supporting our supply needs, helping to problem solve, and making sure we have our orders in well in advance of the job. They treat us like family, are always welcoming and go out of their way to help. Their Lowe's Pros have amazing customer service! I had a series of questions I needed to ask about specific lawn mowers as I am looking to make a decision to purchase one soon. David Judd was the staff member who assisted me and answered my questions. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Lowes is lucky to have such an employee who can answer a variety of questions and provide additional details regarding products that make a customer's ability to make a clear and decisive decision. I will seek David out each and every time I am in the lawn and garden area looking for equipment.
