Dominic worked with my wife and I to help with our sectional design. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Lovesac products. He was extremely pleasant and made buying a piece of furniture a great experience! If you are in the market for a Lovesac piece of furniture I highly recommend going to the Biltmore Park location and asking for Dominic.

The employees at the Biltmore Park Lovesac are all so helpful. I worked with Andria and Dominic here and they are quick to respond and ready to help with any issue that came up. It was really nice to come in to a store and try out the different types of sactionals and filling and see some of the fabrics in person too. This helped in making our decision. We are very happy with our final choice and highly recommend this store location and their staff.

Cassandra was super patient, helpful, and informative. 10/10 recommend the Biltmore park brick and mortar if you're even considering LoveSac. I've been to furniture stores looking for couches usually the sales reps on the floor follow you around and pressure you. This was absolutely not the case-- Casandra was phenomenal. She didn't use pressure tactics and gave me the space I needed to consider my options. I knew a little about Lovesac prior to visiting the store. She helped me get more comfortable with their offerings and took the time to help me understand what would work best for my needs and was realistic about the performance and durability of the couches. I like that there's a 60-day trial with free returns as well. Super excited about the purchase.

We went to buy a couch at this location. They were so helpful! They had 4 people working when we went(in other stores we’ve been to there has only been one person working) and it was great to have all of those inputs!We dealt with all of them but we bought the couch from Theresa. She was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Wonderful experience!

I was absolutely elated to learn we now have a Lovesac store here. We LOVE the entire line and have had such a wonderful experience purchasing.. Everyone is great. Kassandra and Julia have been especially precious and helpful.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andria she is very knowledgeable and did not push she answered our questions and sent us a quote and kept in contact with us. We purchased our Lovesac and we love it ! There were a couple small issues and Andria corrected them immediately no questions asked what great customer service… By the way she is in North Carolina ( we were visiting our daughter there) and our order was sent to Michigan…. If or when we buy anything more from Lovesac it will be thru her !!!!

The store was amazing! Also, the staff member was very sweet & helpful. The delivery was quicker than estimated. Each item arrived separate which was helpful when putting the cover on the chair itself. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you Lovesac family! Can’t wait to enjoy this for years to come!

Really enjoyed the buying experience with Nate and McKenzie at the Asheville, NC store. Both were patient and informative in providing all knowledge necessary for my wife and I to make a decision to purchase a sofa.
