I do not recommend taking your car here. My car overheated and was towed here. They did get it to run, to their credit, but many negative factors outweighed the small improvement. The cost to get it running was $2,500 and took two months. It was brought to them with half a tank of gas and was returned to us on empty. The car also was returned with no oil in it either. They added a release valve to the coolant tank and as the car overheated again on the ride home, antifreeze was splashing all over the engine. It won't drive a mile without overheating. When we spoke to them to see if we could get any reimbursement for our dissatisfaction, but they did not agree to give us any money back. I towed the car to another mechanic and they confirmed that the job was not done well and that my car was now unfixable. They found silicon on a lot of the pipes and noticed there were many missing bolts and some damaged. To fix the car now would be worth more than the value of the car. It's going to be towed to a metal scrapyard. Great.

Extremely good service. Quick and efficient. Had an issue on two separate occasions getting tires put on at Walmart because lug nuts were "too tight" ... these guys had me in and out in less than 30 min, and they were very reasonably priced. Also super friendly and helpful. Super satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend.

I had a screw in my tire and called and was told to bring it in and they would take care of it. I arrived and was immediately helped, even though they were very busy. I was in and out with a patched up tire ready to go in less than 10 minutes. I ended up taking my vehicle back in for a check engine light and again received excellent service and attention to detail. Jose is honest and dependable and very friendly. I trust him with any vehicle repair I might need in the future and I highly recommend this place.

Horrible job! Do not recommend, they are not professional at all in any way. Took my car in because it would smoke whenever I would drive it(was running fine before just smoking) took them almost 1 whole month to give it back to me. They broke 3 different parts that had nothing to do with the reason why I took my car there, which we had to replace but yet it was their fault. Now finally got my car back it started making a noise that was not there when I first took the car and now the car will randomly turn off when I come to a stop and it will shake uncontrollably. If I could give this job zero stars I would. I’m so disgusted by this job.Service: Engine repair

Very rude and unprofessional. The guySergio messed up my car worse than it was and when i went right back and told him my concern he told me not his problem but i can make an appointment and he would check it out and i would have to pay for it to be checked and fixed.Very very rude and disrespectful.Service: Auto brake repair

I am so thankful to have found Orellanas! They have the best used tires and are the best mechanics I have found here. They always have super reasonable prices, are super fast to get my car back, and often show me exactly what is wrong.

We picked up a small nail in our tire on our way to Asheville, stopped here and had the tire patched and remounted in 15 minutes. Nice guys, excellent service.

I recently moved to the area and was in desperate need of replacing a tire. It was a Saturday and I found myself calling many places for help and not getting what I needed. At the end of my frustration, I decided to call this place and was greeted by Jose. He checked his inventory, did not have the tire I needed but assured me I would have it resolved by Monday. He was on point! I dropped off my car, he ordered what I needed and my car was ready by Monday afternoon. Thanks for your quick response and keeping your word Jose! If you need tires, don't look any further...call Jose!

I appreciated them getting us in quickly and tending to what we asked for. It was an expensive oil change and I'm not sure we even got a full check-up. We wanted to support a local business and skip doing the work ourselves.. would still rather pay them than corporations. Five stars for the quick help & turn around. Can't tell if we got a little swindled or not..
