Asheville Mall Store - Enjoyed talking to the employees, I was greeted when I walked in and was left to browse but any questions I had the gentleman answered them. I got two hats embroidered and felt at ease that I was not taken advantage of. Store was clean and everything was in neat order. Thank you Mr. Walker and guy who never goes home on time. Y’all did great! ?

Place is awful. One worker. My husband stood there for over an hour to have his hat embroidered. The worker refused to do the embroidery even tho my husband paid for it and continued to check people out who came in after my husband. Won't go back.

Went to 2 Lids stores in Asheville to process an gift return, both stores had new employees that could not help me. Returning gift on-line costs 9.99 and because item was not in stock the stores would not offer a refund or even a store credit! Not good customer service.Also the condition of the store in the Asheville Mall # 5279 was extremely filthy! the floors, windows and customer counter were very dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned. Hats and merchandise had fallen and were just laying on the floor.Not a good impression and I would not recommend this business.

Walked in met eyes with the guy behind the counter, and he says to the customers he's serving, after yall I'm going on break I don't care, so I left, no purchases here or ever, be rude on your break guy and don't forget your still on the clock till then.

The manager Zee should really consider getting off her PERSONAL cell phone and helping customers. I asked for a specific black blank hat. Was told she didn’t have time to look for one. Two customers including myself in the store and you don’t have time? Then proceed to say “oh my god why do people need to be so annoying” all I wanted was an item number so I could order it myself since she couldn’t. Then proceeded to help customers that came in after me and disregard what I was looking for. After 20 minutes she finally got me a number. But once I left I realized she gave me the wrong product number. All while talking on her cell phone. Absolutely poor customer service. I won’t go back. She should consider a new position.

Bought a hat, coulldnt try it on ,stitch line showing which realized after buying it . Didnt leave the parking lot before noticed got stuck paying 42 bucks for a hat that dont fit and stitch line showing from the hat to the bib! Rip offs just bad business if you cant try to see your size
