First and foremost I'm just going to go ahead and recommend that you just not look anywhere else for a storage unit these kind folk I've been working with me for the past few months and have insured the complete safety of all of my items and have even reached out to me when problems arose. They are very knowledgeable and very very helpful and extremely kind with people situations. If you go there ask for Laurie and she will set you up with a storage unit for the best price and the peace of mind of knowing that your stuff is safe. I've had a unit here a while and it's well maintained. The staff has been kind enough to speedily cut off my lock when I've lost the key several times.

Lori has provided beyond great customer service. They care about their customers, unlike most other storage facilities. Affordable units and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my storage needs!

Great Experience working with Lark Self Storage. Competitive rates and quick to respond to questions. Was really nice of the owner to meet me onsite to show me all I needed to know about using their storage facilities.

From the very start we received amazing customer service. Todd called us back and was very accommodating with meeting us at the units and providing us with detailed information about availability and pricing. I spent hours looking up local storage facilities within the Asheville area and I'm certain we ended up with the best place in town! The units are new, clean, easy to access, and secure. Amazingly fast response and great personal customer service. Laurie made sure I got a unit on the end of the building which helped alot for my purposes. Feels good to support a small local business. Icing on the cake was their fantastic prices and clean brand new units! Highly recommended.
