The wait is unacceptable even when you make an appointment. I’ve had a lot of blood draws in my day and never waited like I do here.

Ever been to a lab where there isn't a restroom accessible to its customers? Well, now you have! They tell you to drink lots of water so they can take your blood but when you arrive, the bathrooms are locked up and in the back, NOT the waiting area! So you have to wait ... and wait ... and wait ... for a lab technician to stop chitchatting or taking blood so they can meet you at the locked door and escort you to the potty room. What a waste of employee's time and the customers'! Who is running this place, a 12 year old?!!! No wonder their rating is so bad.

I came in to get my lab work done that my doctor ordered. The lady at the front desk who checked me in told me I had a very large balance due and that if I didn’t give them $100 that they wouldn’t see me today. I insisted that I did not have a balance and proceeded to say sorry there’s nothing I can do. I ended up calling a one 800 number of theirs and found out that the lady at this location was in the wrong account, giving me the wrong information. $100 towards some random person’s account because this lady didn’t make sure that she had the right patient.. They said I should get a refund. It’s not about the money. What if I didn’t even get the right labs sent to my doctor. What if there’s something seriously wrong with me and I don’t know because the lady at the front desk had the wrong patient pulled up? I’ve never in my life had this happen more or less in a medical facility. so unacceptable she should lose her job.

I think some of the lower reviews here must be for the people who worked there before -- my experience getting blood drawn today was perfect. Easy check in, was seen immediately, and my tech, Macon, was great. He was friendly and competent, and he got my notoriously difficult veins on the first try. The whole thing took less than ten minutes. Definitely recommend!

Whole experience was seamless! Specifically the lab tech Macon made my blood draw so quick and easy. His demeanor is also great, super friendly - Labcorp is lucky to have him.

I've been ordering my own lab tests on line for the last few years and I've never had a bad experience coming to this location. The waiting area is clean, the front desk staff are helpful and the phlebotomists are excellent.
It's not the staff's fault if customers show up late, show up without their lab paperwork, bring extra people to the appointment who aren't getting lab work done and clog up the waiting area, etc.
I'm glad I have the option of ordering my own lab tests when it is convenient for me and the tests are reasonably price for those paying out of pocket.

I am a notoriously difficult stick and Maicon found a vein and had my blood draw done painlessly in less than a minute (and with delightful conversation). Could not more highly recommend!

My wife had blood work here and they do not have any personality. These folks should not be here assisting the public. I asked to use the bathroom and they said it was only for patients. This is a hell scape.

This is specific to the tech Maicon who drew my blood. Wow, the best experience I’ve ever had with a blood draw. Quick, kind, gentle, very sweet and comforting demeanor. I’ve been shamed by many frustrated techs in the past because they struggled to take my blood. Usually I leave with multiple pokes and blown out veins. Not this time! One and done with Maicon. What a lovely and skilled human! Labcorp is VERY luck to have them.

Each time I have visited here has been pleasant, but my most recent visit stood out to me the most. I did not have an appointment, but they were still able to get to me in a timely manner. I have been told before (not by anyone at labcorp) that I have deep veins that are hard to reach, but no one here has ever had to try more than one time before they find a good vein. I am also squeamish, and on my last visit, Maicon made the blood draw a breeze!! He talked to me throughout the whole process to keep me distracted and was easy to carry on a conversation with while also maintaining professionalism & being fast & efficient! I hope to have him as my phlebotomist for future appointments as well!!

This is the second time they have lost my lab order. I suggest they implement a basic filing system.
