Based on other reviews, clearly there have been some changes made within the company! Have used them for several remodels now & have always had wonderful service! Great communication, great timely work & great selection & quality! Cheryl was a delight & the installer guys were wonderful! My kitchen & bath look amazing!! I would definitely recommend & won't use any other cabinet company! Give them a try! You won't regret it!Services: Remodeling

I would give 0 stars if optional. Worst experience of my life. It took over a year to get my cabinets fixed properly and I finally just had to lose my s#!t to get them done at all. I was to the point of going to small claims court and that finally got a fire lit under their A$$ They look cheap still and I recommend not doing business with them. I paid nearly $12,000 upon order. I'll never do that again. I called dozens of times, as well as having to go into the store multiple times after first install to get basically an excuse as to why the damaged facings were not in. This was 5 months after installation and finally after threatening with small claims court and filing a claim through my credit card company, they said Ifell through the cracks. How I could fall through the whole floor is a real mystery since they heard from me 3 or more times a week. Finally, over a year later, they are" fixed "although they look cheap and pieced together. Also 4 of the soft close drawers don't close even after adjustment from 2nd install. This is a very poorly managed business. No communication or return calls from the manager til the day I exploded on the phone . I asked multiple times for months for a manager to call. ,as the salesman was just making excuses I wanted to help a small local business because I am a small business owner myself. In this case, it was a mistake. I'm not sure if they thought I was stupid or wouldn't pursue it and give up. Also, they had all of their money since day one, so they didn't have an incentive to fix anything.Service: Kitchen cabinet installation

Rude! Read the previous reviews for this year and you can easily see this company does NOT want new business (or probably old/repeat). Showroom smelled of cigarettes and not one of the 3 employees were willing to help us out. Everyone there was not wanting/willing to answer questions or help out. Sorry we were a burden.

When the door opens the showroom smells like smoke, so if you are heavy smoker this is a great place to start. Picked out cabinets and granite and not being our first kitchen, we asked if they needed a deposit and could we set up the appointment to measure. THANKFULLY they didn't need a deposit and told us they would call us the next day to set the appointment to measure. Three days later I called and was yelled at, that they never said anything like that. I was told that had fifty kitchens ahead of me, if you want to be 51 go for it but there are plenty of great kitchen companies in Asheville and now that I have read many of the reviews you don't have to treated like this.

Went in to look at kitchen islands and countertops and staff was very rude. Made to feel as it we was wasting their time or they didn’t think it was worth talking to us because we are “young”. Would not recommend!

Michael the salesman was extremely impolite and unwilling to work with us due to his workload. I'm very disappointed. When asked about this issue the manager refused to acknowledge the issue and canceled my order at the last second. I'm a contractor left high and dry by these people. Be very cautious if you decide to use this company.

Improperly installed all cabinets in my home. When they came back to check, Mike did not understand why it was done that way. He said he would send someone out within a few weeks. 4 months later nobody has been here and Mike stopped responding to calls. Last message I left for him, the office clerk said the message was under a pile of papers and she would make sure he called back. He never did. I would not recommend this place by any means!

Another worthless business - These guys are the lamest. Referred to Joy, never called back & then she went off on vacation. Mike comes out tells me he will get back with estimate within a couple of days. It's over a week and no response. Businesses like this shouldn't be in business. Off to Ashley's Kitchen - should have gone there first.

Great local team to deal with, and pretty much the only distributor with 12 foot length counters in stock. These counters we installed for a customer were actually 3/4" plywood instead of pressed board, and the customer is very happy with the new look in her kitchen! BlueRidgePros.com

Tear out left a mess (wood pieces nails and sawdust) that was not cleaned up by the company workers, the drywall was ripped due to lack of care in using a utility knife to release caulk/paint. Price was good and the only reason they get 2 rather than 1 is because the new cabinet installation was done professionally. Customer service should be improved to really deserve 2 stars from me.
