Karen Perry is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. We moved here recently from Minnesota. Moving is hard and moving to a new state is very stressful. Karen made it much easier. We purchased our house in December when there were few houses to choose from and the ones available were going fast. Without Karen’s expertise and follow through we would not have gotten the house we love so much. I HIGHLY recommend Karen-especially if you are relocating.

Andy Rogers was a great choice as the realtor to guide me through the process of selling my house. He was great about keeping me informed about where we were in the selling process. He bent over backwards to meet at my convenience when papers needed to be signed. He even pulled old Christmas lights off a high eave I couldn't reach, cut and replaced a broken tile in the kitchen, and sawed a tree up that fell over the driveway in a big snow storm! Obviously, he went above and beyond what was expected of him as a realtor. He is an all around good, honest, and straightforward guy who did an excellent job for me.

There is no one in Asheville I would trust more with a real estate transaction than David Pickering. Our family has used him for 3 house purchases and we couldn't imagine being happier. In fact, he has become a family friend. David was great at keeping us well informed throughout the process, as well as calming our nerves when things got tense. He is an amazing adviser and real estate educator to those less informed about the process and he does not shy away from going to bat when needed. David was an absolute joy to work with and I am so thankful to him.
