I took my '87 BMW 325i there over 10yrs ago- and still remember they were able to fix it when no one else could figure out the issue. The price was very reasonable - and I would've saved a lot of money had I just gone to see them first! I still think about that! Soon afterwards, I drove cross country to CA with no issues. I'm back in Avl now, and if I get another bmw I'd certainly go here.

Chris is thorough and fair, both of which are hard to come by these days. I have two older bmws and have been to see him several times to address a multitude of issues. I will not go anywhere else again.

This is one of the only places I'll take my 328xi. Christopher has always treated me with respect & he is someone that you can trust with your vehicle. I took my BMW for repair of an electrical issue. It was misdiagnosed and eventually returned to me unrepaired, no charge. Chris said he didn't want to deal with it, that I should take it to a BMW dealer and expect to pay $$$. I took it to another shop that specializes in BMWs , they found and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Chris is a nice guy and seems to know his way around BMWs. Maybe I just caught him at a bad time...

I can't recommend this place enough. Prices are fair, staff are excellent, and the atmosphere is kind and professional. No one will upswell you, charge you extra or hide anything from you here. I'd never take my BMW anywhere else if I could help it. This is the kind of business and business owner I'm proud to support and patronize.

Brought an M3 to Chris for a pre-purchase inspection that was, hands-down, the most thorough PPI I've ever seen. He discovered evidence of prior damage & repairs not mentioned on the Carfax report, which enabled me to negotiate a better price from the seller. He also explained all fault codes and e-mailed me photos of the primary points of concern. If I lived nearby I would absolutely take all my vehicles to him for service & repairs. Also thoroughly enjoyed talking shop with the guys in his garage. Recommend.
