Brought my truck in so they could look at the brakes. Right front rotor was badly scored with a lot of brake dust on the wheel. Left front rotor was fairly smooth, not a lot of dust. No noise or pulling to one side. They found a stuck caliper on the right side and all the pads were worn pretty close to minimum thickness. In on Wednesday, picked up on Thursday. Excellent service.

Jimmy’s worked me in on a day I thought I had an appointment but didn’t. Got a nice loaner and maintenance completed same day.
8/28/24 Further service continues to be first class. Always get a loaner when I need one.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because some of the people working the front desk there are nice.
I have now had 2 bad experiences here within the span of a year. The first one was life-threatening. I had my brakes inspected & they sent me home with my lug nuts completely loose... to the point that one was missing completely when I got home from running an errand & I could remove the rest using one finger. My tire could have flown off, seriously harming myself and/or others. I thought that this was a one time mistake & gave the shop another chance because they tried to make it right, waiving the cost of the brake inspection.
This time, I got my tires changed & an alignment. The first drive I took after my service, I noticed my steering wheel shaking. I didn't want to even take my car back there, but they told me they wouldn't refund me if I took it to a different shop. The front desk gentleman wanted to go for a ride with me - and I took my boyfriend because I have been gaslit before by people who work here during drives - having them tell me they don't feel the issue that is very clearly happening while driving my car. He told me he didn't feel it this time - go figure. But agreed to look at the car again anyway & they found that several of my tires were out of balance, just days after my service had been completed. They offered no discount or refund for this issue.
Don't go here. Save yourself the inconvenience. Especially don't go here if you are a woman & want to be listened to about problems you know exist in a car you are very experienced at driving.

I would not take my car anywhere else. I feel ? confident that my FJ Cruiser is getting the best service available. Jimmy's keeps track of everything. They always provide me with a loaner car. Top Notch!!!!

I am completely satisfied with the service I received at Jimmy’s and would 100% recommend this business to anyone needing a car repaired. The customer service is outstanding. Brian went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my car and to help me identify options that I might consider. I am so appreciative! From someone who has been taken advantage of in the past, this experience was like a breath of fresh air. I didn’t feel like a number but more like family! Bonus: I got to meet my daughter’s sweet friend Jessica!!
