Had my daughters chain repaired there. As I bought it there. It disappeared the next day. She wore this for almost 3 yrs as a young child. Now 6 yrs old. Talk about throwing $300 down the drainGreat selection. Good price. But don't get your stuff repaired their. They don't guarantee there repairs. Waste of money and a nice necklace

Literally the worst jewellery store I've ever been to because I didn't even give them my money and they snatch it out of my hand and make me pay for everything when I haven't made a decision. I got scammed very badly for a bracelet that's only 32 grams for 4000$ WITH 50% . Without 50% off it would have been 8000 a ridiculous price . Literal scam artists and they wouldn't give me my money back because they ripped the tag off as soon as they showed it to me never go here they are terrible with customer service asking me to leave just because I want my refund

I would not suggest shopping here. They are a total rip off. They’re prices are crazy and the jewelry will turn over time. I purchased 2 necklaces from them and they turned black. Heads up don’t waste your money at jewelry box in Asheville mall

If only I could put a 0… please don’t waste your time here, my husband bought me earrings that retailed $800 for TINY earrings. Smaller than when you first get pierced with. I thought it was too good to be true and we decided to take it to a jeweler shop to see how much they’re truly worth…$40. The guy at the register said “we only get vs1 diamonds out of country” should’ve known there and then they were a scam. We looked into a lens and they were WORSE than an I3 level.

They sell inferior products. Bought a $500 rink, one week later, main stone fell out. The have a NO REFUND policy!! They don't tell you that up front, but it appears on your receipt after you have made a purchase. Stay away!!!! Worst jewelry store in Asheville!

Gave them a gold ring to resize and it returned to me half gold and half silver. Not at all satisfied. The entire back of the band is now silver while the front is barely still gold. Absolutely ridiculous.

the store is so clean, everything is nicely placed for customer browsing and they have the best employees. the owner made sure we left happy and remembers most of his previous customers even if they aren't super frequent ones. The employees all know the information behind their pieces and are super friendly. my GO-TO for sure from now on!
