Selections… yeah you got em. Customer service??? They are garbage, it helps to have a good personality in customer service industry. If the bald guy with the beard is the manager he's got the personality of a boot. The other lady in the front just looks mad at the world. We won't be back. They say the guy is a veteran, I am too. Customer service may not the the best fit… also not the first time this has happened in the store

Large selection of men's jeans and Western wear. Small selection for women and very small selection for children. Saddles and other horse necessities. Fairly large selection of men's and women's boots.

Excellent experience. Robert hand crafted leather handles to match a handbag. He also made me a keychain from leftover leather. Bag looks amazing. Above and beyond service from a great local business. Thank you! ?

Stopped by this magical store and visited the leather shop downstairs. As a new leather crafter, I got every question answered and more. They couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. Very special place!

Your go to place for anything leather, great selection of saddles, boots, belts and all the riding gear you could possibly need, decently priced and very knowledgeable staff; would definitely recommend even if you just stop and walk through to see it!

They ALWAYS have the best selection of clothes, boots, hats & more. They keep up with the styles. It's hard not to spend all day in there. All the employees are amazing & they really do know what they are talking about. It really is the best western store in NC. If they don’t have want you need, they will find it. Or recommend another store. Definitely worth the money!

The people that own/work there are very unprofessional and hateful. I called to see what their holiday hours were. The answering machine said they were open til 7pm. At 6pm they turned the lights out on us. I told them I called and the answering machine said they were open til 7pm. They acted like I was crazy. Won’t be going back there.
