I have had 2 cars and a truck serviced with this company, for 20 years. I have never had an issue with them and they are always very helpful, professional and very fair. I work in NC, but live out of state in SC now, but STILL use them to this date. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

Jack Smith’s Transmission and Automotive Services opened its business in 1962 by NASCAR driver Jack Smith, who owned several shops throughout different states. In 1999, couple Tom and Kathy Warwick took over the shop in Asheville and have operated the business in the same location until March 2014. Before the old building was sold and the business moved three doors over to its new location, Jack Smith’s Transmission resided in the exact same building for 52 years! Its new location is at 240 Biltmore Avenue Asheville, NC 28801. Jack Smith’s Transmission and Automotive Advantage have become a collective business and are now operating under the same name.
