Walked in 2 Associates at the door chatting offering no help walked in back of store 2 more associates chatting my husband had to ask where dressing rooms were.He needed different sizes but no one offered help. I had to look for his sizes.

Loved this store. Huge compared to Gaffney store. Lots of inventory. Neatly arranged. Conveniently staffed and they were super friendly and eager to help.

What a great crew! An associate asked me if I wanted to put my armful if clothing in the dressing room-I quickly agreed. When I went into the dressing room the jeans I had chosen were neatly hung over the rack and the shirts were folded and stacked on a stool! I have never had sales associate in any clothing store ever do this!!! Another sales associate asked if everything was going all right when I was using the dressing rooms and cheerfully went to get me another size of an item. The cashier was equally cheerful! All together I feel I was treated as a valuable customer by an amazing group of sales associates. I will definitely be shopping at this J. Crew again!
