“I was reluctant to bring my vehicle to AAA car care because I erroneously assumed they would be much more expensive. I was wrong. Through comparison shopping I found their prices to be middle of the road, not higher than or lower than but right about in the middle. What sets this place apart is professionalism of the front people, in this case Matt, Brian, Ian and Jeff, plus top notch mechanics. The facility and employees are dialed in, to say the least. I’m looking for peace of mind and trust in my mechanic. I found it with AAA Car care on Merrimon.”
“Lee who is part time is amazing, well educated and experienced goes well above and beyond. I would suggest if going here ask for him.Other wise the office is small there was only person there and she was very judgmental and jumped to conclusions very fast. While she was knowledgeable, this was off putting and I would not recommend her as the first option.Brokers often don’t get their credit but Lee deserves every bit and is simply amazing. Very few people in the insurance industry will take the type of time, dedication, and detail he did.Disclaimer: I had never met him before and actually called to cancel going through them but after working with him see how valuable it is to have a broker.”
