We ordered several of the gold "$100.00" bills to give as gifts. Unfortunately, all of them had a bent corner when we received them. The good news is that after Instant Karma learned about the bills being slightly marred, they reached out to make sure they could fix the situation. In this day and age, it was so nice to have a business value their customers!

You'll definitely find something you want here or a cool gift for a friend. They have clothing, jewelry, stickers, candles, decor that's either oriented toward meditation, devotion or new age spiritual practices. Most days they have psychic readers in the back of the shop. The staff are super helpful & friendly. It's all in all a great place to shop or window shop.

I live in West Avl so I frequent this shop a lot and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. It's wares are quality eclectic and the staff is wonderful! I had an especially excellent interaction today with Slater. He was super patient and kind while I wiled away the better part of an hour deciding on a ring I wanted to buy. He advised me to size up due to the width of the band and then showed me a super sweet fragrance roller. I have to say this is my favorite shop in Asheville and if you haven't popped in do yourself a favor and get some Instant Kharma! Ps went back to the shop today and scored these sick finds! I had a lovely experience with Cameron and Merf! Cam and I discussed a UFO documentary and the importance of spirits and colors in your home and I HAD to give it to Merf for the uniqueness of their jewelry and kindness. All three of these peeps are dolls and you're lucky to interact with any of them!!

Excellent and Friendly staff. I went in to shop for incense and they had a wide variety of scents. Also when I went inside I brought my 2 years old cousin with me and he started crying and I saw a staff member come up to us and I fully expected to be asked to leave but he reached for a steel drum and started playing it for him and he instantly stopped crying. Really touched my heart thank you so much! I don’t normally do reviews but they deserve it.

I browsed this cute little shop as I waited for my reading from the psychic and all of the staff were super friendly. The real amazing experience came after the reading when I emerged from the back and was still full of emotion. The employee (didn't get their name but I remember they are a Capricorn) was so sweet and offered a listening ear about my current spiritual journey. They were super helpful and guided me to the most helpful crystals for my current issues. I will for sure be stopping by in the future as the store just feels like home! Many blessings to all the friendly staff but much appreciation to the amazing Capricorn who held space for me in that moment!

I placed an online order one evening as I'm not in the Asheville area and received a call early the next day. While they didn't have exactly what I had ordered in stock they were amazingly proactive in offering solutions and meeting my needs. When I'm in Asheville next I'll be sure to stop into the store itself because of the service they offered online and over the phone. Thank you for being accommodating!

Stopped here on a whim since a nearby, similar store was closed. I'm fully convinced it was meant to happen, because I fell in love with Instant Karma! The gentleman working the counter was very kind and wrapped up our purchases with care. There's a very lovely variety of items here. Crystals, tarot cards, books, altar pieces, clothing and MUCH more. I hate that we don't live close because I would frequent this shop often.
