Jim, one of the managers, is absolutely so disrespectful to both the staff and the customers. I heard him talking poorly to one of the cashiers on multiple occasions, making rude remarks and overall stepping out of line. He also is not helpful at all in the Homegoods. He absolutely does not deserve to be a manager.

I bought a juicer Friday when I was in the area visiting family. When I got home opened it I found it was broken and heavily used. It was filthy and the cord was ripped off the machine. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t live near a tj maxx to return it so I just threw it out as it’s not worth driving an hour to return a $12 item. They probably got a return and instead of opening the box to look at it just threw it back on the shelf. Please check items that are returned before putting them back on the floor. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Shop elsewhere! No carts available regularly. Aggressive shoppers Wait time to check out is about 30+ minutes. Holding all of your purchases for half an hour or more while dodging the folks with carts = terrible place to patronize.

The store smells like urine. I'm not sure why. The home furnishing choices are limited as well. Not nearly as good as many other Home Goods stores. And, really...the smell....

I have traded with TJ Max for many years ! The shoe dept. Is not as good as it was in the eighty great buys on name brand shoes . I miss that I have flats that I still wear.

Greatest store to purchase so many great items;The towels are A GREAT SELECTION, with washcloths. Hand towels and bath mats and rugs to match any decor. My go too store for this category. Comforter sets, blankets and sheets are wonderful also.The women section (upon entering) with beautiful name brands luggage and hand bags. Shoes also in adjacent aisles with a large selection of jewelry between the aisles. Across the aisle is womens wear something beautiful for everyone. Along with the baby/toddlers items crammed with a wonderful selection to choose from.The furniture is nice for accessories, along with beautiful rugs for each room in your home.They have it all; kitchen, throw pillows and home decor in vases, plants for any room.
