excellent place with fantastic customer service! bought a traxxas stampede 4x4 vxl and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Jesse and Vincent guided me to the right rc vehicle and did not try to push me to buy something that was out of my price range. highly recommend this place!

The store is very nicely laid out. It is very tidy and they have a lot of products. That being said the prices for some of their models are outrageous compared to what can be found elsewhere

A great store with a variety of hobby related items, model trains in three different scales, radio control cars, boats, planes, scale model kits in plastic including armor, aircraft, cars, trucks, Gundam, space, sci-fi, etc. Also stocking a ridiculous amount of hobby paint!! I will definitely be back, monthly.

Just went here today A young man asked me if he could help me and I said no not really but I was carrying on a conversation and all of a sudden he turns to some girl that walks through the door and gives her a high five andjust starts talking to her instead of finishing listening to me or saying anything else This store people are rude. .. And when I'm trying to complain they start laughing at me Don't worry I won't be back!

Seriously you call me a Karen I'm telling you the truth! I won't change my story I see how when someone makes a negative comment you always have a negative comment to say back to them! Looks like you've lost a 20 plus year customer! There was a lady at the register up front You had a gentleman in the back who was helping a man that was sitting in a wheelchair and that young boy was the one who went on to help someone else So this is not fabricated and it is not alive Have a good day

I was at the store with Molly and that wasn’t a fabricated story about employees laughing at us I actually put $140 worth of crawler rims back and we walked out of the store together and I will never be back. Plus I have done business with Bob the owner for over 20 years at JC location but I won’t do business with either store anymore after the rude remarks he gave her

By far the best hobby shop around!! If you want a remote control car, truck, or boat they have everything you need! They also have a great selection of model trains and accessories. If you build models, play Warhammer, or just want something fun this is totally the place to def check out!!

Let these jokers keep my gas powered 1/5 scale for almost 2 months. Finally after I called them, with no updates. I was told, "Oh, I can't located a plate to bolt down the servo". I mean, can we not make a small piece of metal to attach the servo too? But, in the end. It would have been nice to have had a courtesy call. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!

i hate coming here bc i ALWAYS spend money on my hobbies lol! greeted as soon as i walked in. they have what i believe is the best selection of rc vehicles. they also have a huge selection of plastic models and paint and accessories to go with them. some lionel and other scale train items. kids section. they do have a small course set up for drift rc cars. the personnel that work there are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Decent selection and prices pretty close to what you find online. The downside is that the quality of service is extremely dependent on who you end up talking to.

Nice store, friendly and helpful staff. Only gave it 4 stars because of the paltry board game and miniature figure selection. If you are looking for a great stock of RC cars, this is the place for sure!
