New management is awful! Been a customer here since the day they opened and was just treated like gum on the bottom of their shoe! Just made a purchase walked outside and realized they gave me wrong item and went back in and the manager refused to resolve this issue instead told me to leave immediately and never come back because I asked if I could trade out what I originally wanted to purchase. This new management is a disgrace to Asheville! We miss Frank!

Use to get boxes of mit 45 kratom went from 12.83 to 23!!!! Greedy use to be a good place. People there are great but I'd go online if you get those

Great shop. Massive space inside which is unutilized but still a very impressive arry of products. All the thca products and concentrates are top notch quality and priced reasonably. Huge selection of pre-rolls too. Very knowledgeable and friendly clerk working. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by.

Do NOT go here if you want even reasonable service or to be treated with courtesy. I bought a product, stood at the counter and took it out of the box (not plastic) and commented that it was bulkier than I thought. I asked to return it. The big girl behind the counter said “just because of its size?” I said yes. She said no because then she would have to call her corporate office and I guess that would require her to actually work for a change. I’m from out of town so I asked if there was another vape store around, to which she replied, “there are several” and just looked at me. Then she made a condescending “have a nice day” as I was leaving. Do not support this business. Absolutely horrendous customer service and extremely rude, especially if you encounter the heavy set brown headed girl. Go down the street to the Plug Smoke Shop. Good luck to the owners of this business actually maintaining repeat clientele.

I just called to find out the flavors for vapes available and when I asked the woman that answered she said "Seriously" then put me on hold. After waiting over 6 minutes I hung up and tried calling back. As of now I've been trying for over 10 minutes to get through and it's going straight to the full voicemail. I was going to spend quite a bit of money there but they lost out due to rudeness. It's a shame because a little bit of friendliness would have gone a long way.

If your Tobacco product, such as a Bluntville or a Game is marked $.99, it should ring up in your system as $0.99 plus tax. Julian tobacco has $0.99 Bluntvilles , and I leave paying $1.07, not $1.60 etc that’s absurd. You do NOT up charge on already priced package, that’s suppose to be affordable for a reason . The whole point is that it’s a $1 item. To give people a break. Now you made the Bluntville company look bad , when they’re a solid, and affordable company….all to make a buck. Sad.
