Haywood Appliance provided excellent service for us on a refrigerator that required repairs. Their service/parts department manager was outstanding as were the service techs. We have purchased other appliances from Haywood in the past and their sales and installation staff are also excellent. Great company with great employees!

My contractor bought all my appliances from this place. We moved in August and after a month we started to have problems with the dishwasher. They sent a tech after 2 weeks. The tech mentioned we needed to change the soap which we did. After 3 days we still had problems. I requested my money back or a replacement they say all they can do is service it again. We waited another 2 weeks when I called they say the tech was on vacation so we needed to wait another week to get service. At this point I am so upset my contractor went with this company. I was trying to support local throught my kitchen renovation, but this company will never be into consideration on my future projects. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

They fixed my oven in a timely fashion. This is the second time I've used them. I would definitely recommend using them.

Still waiting for the stove we were told by the very nice salesman at the time would only take one month to come in and were pushed to get our order processed down to the hour. Three months later, full payment, no stove. They don't have much in stock, so if you're ok, with making a full payment on an item that will come in whenever, this is your place.

Support staff are great to work with, but sales people don’t want to be there. They are too busy on Fridays, not open on Saturdays and generally not very accommodating. After talking with them on the phone, I felt like Julia Roberts shopping on Rodeo Drive! Huge mistake!

Jon, Sean and Cody arrived when expected. They were courteous and efficient with delivery plus installment of my new refrigerator. Haywood's sales department was terrific, also, in terms of their knowledge of products, supply and estimated replacement time. I really like that they are customer service oriented all the way around, unlike some larger stores. I'll continue to use Haywood Appliance for any further appliance needs!

We were very pleased with the delivery and installation of our new refrigerator. Jon, Sean and Cody were professional, timely and worked hard to make sure the refrigerator fit! They were in communication with us prior to arrival like the company said they would be. Our salesperson, Malinda, was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Overall, a great experience!

Brandon L and Tony were the two service people who came to my house today from Haywood Appliances to deliver and install my new dishwasher and take away the old one. I found them to be very professional and they did an expert job in installing my dishwasher. I was delighted with their work and like my new dishwasher very much.

Today Brandon L and Tony came to install my new LG dishwasher, after us having been without a working one for over a year. Needless to say I was happy to no longer have to hand wash dishes anymore. They were very friendly and professional. They even sweetly put up with my very hyper 1 year old dog, who wanted to be in the middle of everything. Thanks so much guys!

I don’t know why anyone would shop appliances any other place than Haywood Appliance. Their prices are the same as Home Depot and Lowe’s.That’s where the similarities STOP, though.Doug Wetherill is the most knowledgeable and patient appliance sales rep. I’ve ever worked with.Haywood Appliance delivery/installation employees (not contractors!) Jacob B and Phillip went above and beyond, including inspecting each of our appliances with us before bringing them into our home.Last year when I had a question about a delivery schedule on another purchase the general manager personally spoke with me on the phone and resolved the issue.Everyone should shop Haywood Appliance!

I recently had service on an appliance. I asked if it would be helpful to send pictures of the broken part to eliminate an extra visit. I was told yes, I should email the pics which I did. The rep showed up with no idea of any pics and only a vague idea of the problem. Two visits were necessary. On each occasion the rep had to call in a credit card since they are not equipped with portable credit card devices. And on each occasion, they were unable to provide a copy of the receipt, but promised to email a copy within a day. In neither case were receipts sent requiring several calls to get the receipts. After the second visit during which the rep called in to their office my credit card, I was contacted saying my bill was unpaid! My conclusion is that their billing & accounting is a disaster! The service may be OK, but expect to spend additional time resolving payment issues.
