Wow Weeee …. Just amazing service !!!!
I called to ask if the store had a product I could not find anywhere and the man who answered the phone became my new best friend, he not only went all over the store to chock for it he said sone of their other locations may have it and as he travels he will look for it for me and he also said he would even check “other” stores as he was shopping around himself on his personal t time….. Took my phone number and said he would let me know if he found them and I believe him what an amazing experience GO Harris Teeter you rock!!!! Even if I don’t find the product that I’m looking for what a great experience with a grocery store ♥️

This female merchant in the flower department is absolutely not friendly. Ignored my Hello. Plus most importantly, I asked her twice(!) "Are you going to pack the flowers?" She asked me "what do you mean?", "I don't understand you, what do you mean pack?".
What can I mean by asking twice "Are you going to pack flowers?" ????. The answer should be yes or no, and if not, why not? Anyway, she didn't pack the flowers. I have a feeling she has a bad temper and she clings to phrases and answers simple questions with questions. The answer is yes or no and why not. That's it! Not a nice woman.

Not all grocery stores are fun but this one is. Why? This Harris Teeter has a cafe great for people watching. Enjoy a nice hot delicious slice of pizza as you watch a motley crew meander in and out trying to figure out the discounts in their heads. One suggestion. Warm up the area with an accent wall.

Love Harris Teeter..very competitive on Sales items..if it's not on sale....you are going to pay 20%-30% more than other grocers

Excellent produce! A little difficult to move thru the displays. Esp. for handicapped people. Also not many parking spaces for hdcp.

We came from out of town on a work trip and were shopping for a house of ten. Upon seeing our big haul, checkout attendant, Braeden gave us tons of recommendations for places to go and things to do. He went above and beyond in his customer service. Great location and had everything we needed.
