I’m not a biker, but a coffee-lover who happens to have a bike, and I’m happy with everything Gravelo has to offer! Ana did an awesome job getting my road bike back into ideal riding condition, and the staff and owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I stop in weekly for a coffee or just to say hey, and my pup and I are always met with a smile and a treat. Thanks y’all for being a neighborhood staple :)

Matt and his team are top notch, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have purchased a bike as well as other equipment there and used them for all of my repair/maintenance needs. They communicate extremely well and are highly knowledgeable for cyclists of all levels. Can't beat the excellent coffee bar as well!

Can't recommend. First time having my bike serviced here at a cost of over $300. Took it for a ride right afterwards and within a few miles found that shifting no longer worked. Since it's electronic, turned out the battery was dead. For that money, checking & charging the battery should be a routine and elementary service. Fortunately it was merely a ride and not a race, otherwise this oversight would have been very bad. At least the bike looked good.

Incredibly kind staff, welcoming vibe and basically heaven when it comes to just about ever great cycling brand and related accessories. From enve to poc silca muc off they seem to have everything and a great staff to back it up. Didn’t try the coffee but there is a little cafe also. Will definitely be purchasing gear and accessories from here in the future.

Chris, Matt & the Gravelo crew took amazing care of us and our Surly Bridge Clubs on our ride through Asheville on the Eastern Divide Trail.Full of knowledge, stoke, and all the replacement parts we needed to get rolling again, our rigs are as happy as we are to have stopped in for a tune-up.Thanks for the good vibes and great service!

I brought my bike after another shop couldn't replicate my issue. They found it immediately, and clearly laid out all my options. Got a delicious golden milk latte too. Great spot.
