I have never experienced such rude behavior in my life. I've dealt with this company for nearly 30 years and when I called today to woman I spoke with kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish my question. Yes, I know your trucks get low milage, yes I know there's wear and tear on your trucks but if my question was legit why must you be snarky and rushing me through my conversation? I've spent thousands of dollars using your company and NEVER dealt with what I did today. I'm nearly 60 years old and not sure my tank will hold 100 gallons but don't want to run out. Trying to understand why your company can't give a credit for a future order, you aren't losing a dime, just saying ok, x amount will be subtracted from what you owe on your next delivery. I never got to ask because she kept cutting me off. Terrible waxto do business and treat a 25+ year customer

Great company!! We've been using them for about 15 years. The delivery guy...I cannot recall his name.. maybe Ron? Anyway, he's always shut our gate back perfectly all these years..it's kind of an odd closure...which is really a big deal for us having a lot of dogs. I never have to stress about going out to check it before letting them out after a delivery! They're really dependable and just great to work with!
