My experience was hassle- free, fast and Laura made it much easier. She was patient and very considerate. My unit was the perfect size, easy to find and access. I'd definitely recommend your storage needs be filled here.

I reserved a space today with $0 down and had a few questions. A live representative joined the chat and addressed all my concerns. She was wonderful and even provided me with suggestions for local movers!

Awful. They shut down the office a while ago removing humans and replaced them with computers, every time I’ve gone there for help it’s closed. Phone number for help is just voice mail. Fire panel trouble alarm going off for days, weeks. Telcom and other wires on the outside of the building that could easily be tampered with. Low rates - you get what you pay for. Go somewhere else.

My customer service experience with Go Store It has been very positive! Logan was kind, patient, helpful and efficient at solving my problem. The storage facility itself is clean and easy to access. Would recommend.

Website login wasn't working properly for a few days now (it seems there was an update) and it incurred in me getting a Late charge. I contacted support, left a voicemail (they were closed) and got a call shortly after they opened customer support. I forget her name, but the agent was VERY understanding and worked with me to get access to my account again. Excellent support experience.

We have been using this storage location of Go Store It for several years. We have two units. I've never really had any problems or complaints. It is on the expensive side, but is climate controlled. The people who worked there were always great and helpful. However, I got letters saying they were going to charge more for insurance, but I have renters insurance of my own. They have this on my records. We went there and where are the people who used to work there? Where are the supplies they used to sell? Where are the computers and records of their customers? The office is now a big white sterile looking empty room with a screen and no people! Instead it's an AI Virtual Assistant that appears and this a big turn off. This is not helpful at all. I'm wondering how they show units or how customers really get any legitimate help. Did you all fire the great people who worked here or what? Are you trying to save money even though your rates keep going up? Please get rid of this virtual assistant. It doesn't work! I am thinking of finding another storage place that has real customer service and real people.

The GO STORE IT facility on Gerber Rd. in Asheville NC is always very clean. They have good security and it is easily accessible. There are carts there to use as well.

I reserved a storage unit in November and they increased my rate in February. I asked them to please put me in a unit where the rate won't keep going up so I moved into a smaller unit but now they are increasing it again. This is bait and switch marketing and terrible customer service. Once you move in they price gouge their customers.
