Has automated kiosk with virtual assistant but doesn't open til 930am which is why I didn't gibmve 5 stars. Appreciated Logan calling me back from local # when I needed guidance on downsizing a unit and had movers waiting on me.

My experience was great. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgable staff helped me down size my unit when needed. The online portrayal was easy to navigate too. The units were clean, easily accessible and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend Go store it.

I've never really been a person compelled to write a review. It takes a very special experience. And with Bryan at Go Store It I felt a renewed level of customer service. I had a very complicated moving situation and with ease, he reduced all of the stress and road blocks that I had been running into with other storage companies. I was so thrilled to have spoken with Bryan, he continuously has made a generous effort, including recommending qualified people to help me move into the unit. He has an authentic kindness, a quality that I have not experienced in customer service in a long time. He truly wants to make sure his customers get what they need and accommodate them as much as he can. Not only that, but the storage site and unit is well taken care of. With ample light and security I feel my things are safe. It would take less than a second for me to encourage someone to call Bryan for the best possible storage solution in Asheville.
Thank you again to Bryan for everything that he has done! It's made my move much easier.
