Extremely friendly staff! I had an urgent need for 3 units due to moving from another city. Doug fixed me right up, then Heather was a joy to deal with in the office - very patient, efficient, friendly. She called the day before to see if I was all set and ask whether I needed anything. The facility itself is convenient, clean, and easy to access. Overall, an excellent experience. I would recommend this location!

Everything about renting there was good except for 2 things. Those are: (1) Access to the unit. I realize that the layout just doesn't allow for many people to access their units at the same time. I think it may help if a permanent sign was put up asking people to take up as little space as possible. Putting in a white line that would at least indicate to people that parking crossways across the entire area is not allowed. (2) The manager I dealt with was an absolute jerk. Every time I interacted with him, he was rude and dismissive. I don't know his name, but he's been there a long time since I've been renting this unit for several years. On the other hand, when I moved my stuff out a few days ago, Heather helped me and she was wonderful. I have a strong suspicion that the male manager I referred to above probably is not rude or dismissive to male customers.

From start to finish the communication from management was excellent, clear, and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us at the end. The facility is spotless and easy to get to.

Heather was so amazing with helping me out!! This is my first time renting a storage unit and she walked me through every step and answered all my questions. She even handled a rude customer very professionally. She is a great asset to this team!!!

Clean, cool & comfortable. Always felt safe there - not so at other storage facilities. I was given a handicap accessible unit and that was so helpful.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon; there was only one person working. The office space contained some moving supplies, if they were needed. The person working, when I visited, was Heather and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the place, the storage units available, and how to get to them. Because she was alone, that afternoon, she had to lock the office while she took me to see 3 sizes of units on two different levels. We came immediately back to the office, where I rented the unit. The prices were optional, depending on the size and how far from the loading/unloading door; there were 2 or 3 three platform dollies on each level for people to use; and their prices seemed commiserate with other storage places. The prices they offered on the levels of insurance were about the same as other companies, as well. I am looking forward to working with them.
