Irs ok, as long as you want to go during the day or early evenings.I tried to go to my storage unit one Thursday night at 9:30pm and the gates were locked for some reason. Even though everything is locked with combination activated gates, i was told to not go late at night for some reason. It's a storage facility, people have to go late sometimes! When i got the unit i was also told to not even think of stealing anything because there were cameras everywhere! My response was "I sure hope so! ' I rent their biggest sized unit, and I've never been late with my payment - and i store high end electronics there, but I'm assuming that i was judged by my appearance. I was moving a house, sorry i didn't wear a suit and i have tattoos. I really like the actual facility and layout, which is why I'm still giving it 3 stars. But the judgement was unacceptable. If i didn't have to get a unit that day and they weren't the only place with one available i would be somewhere else. But it's full now, too late. I won't make they mistake again. A little more professional behavior and i would have given them 5 stars. Too bad.
