I'm confused by the negative reviews? I ordered my own testing, testing was simple and I received my results in a week. Everything went smoothly and I plan on using Genova again in the future .

I did the test, and the results were good. I paid 179 up front and it said I would not owe more then $279. My bill was sent to my insurance for $1800. I'm hoping that I do not get a bill for that amount. I never agreed to that, nor do I have that.
