I want to specifically mention Tam Payne; Tam provides PHENOMENAL customer service and always made herself available to take a phone call or respond to an email. We highly recommend GIS.

I've been using this place for years, I really appreciate a brick and mortar facility with agents I can talk to in person. Once or twice when things have been complex with my insurance I was able to easily talk to a real person who could explain it to me and that means a lot.

THEY CHARGE FEES JUST TO MAKE A MONTHLY PAYMENT, NOT A LATE PAYMENT, JUST A REGULAR PAYMENT. CASH OR CARD!! Im a long time customer. They went up on my bill in the middle of my policy with no added points or infractions. They added a 3 dollar payment fee. YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM, JUST TO PAY THEM. yes you read that right. Cash or card YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM EXTRA JUST TO PAY YOUR BILL EVEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT

WARNING!!!! SCAM AND SWINDLERS!!! I GOT INSURED FOR A FULL YEAR AND PAID IN FULL! AFTER THE CONTRACT ENDS, I GOT ANOTHER INSURANCE. THEY MOW SAID THAT I OWN THEM MONEY. FOR THEIR INSURANCE. HOW!! THE MUST OF USED MY PREVIOUS INFO TO MAKE A NEW ONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. SO DON'T ISE THEIR INSURANCE. UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING CHARGED WRONGLY.
