The worst thing you could do taking your car To this dealer to the service center I spent Over $500 for power steering flush Brake fluid Flush radiator flush After I took my car I checked what they did Then I found out All my fluids are low wouldn’t trust them again take your car Elsewhere I dropped the car at 12pm They told me it should be ready at 3 pm I got there at 3pm They made me to wait two more hours And after all the that I don’t think they serve my car Because you can tell My fluids are low don’t trust them scammers if I could give a zero star I would ! SMH ? so I paid 600 absolutely for nothing

. Was quoted based on a head gasket repair and approx 3 days labor costs. Car was repaired in 1.5 days. Labor costs stayed the same. Paid almost 5k for the repair.

Michael Owenby is the most professional and helpful person in that car dealership! I am so thankful that he was there to help me. He went above and beyond in assisting me with setting up my iPhone to work with Toyota software. We purchased a car there last year and no where near this level of service! Ask for him!

Stealership fees, beware.
Bought a $35k pre owned Rav4. I wanted them to change some dealership options through Toyota Techstream. Literally a OBDII port plug and play select option menu service. Quoted me $110. LOL. I will buy the cable myself for 40 bucks and download the pirated software. Thanks Mike.
These guys are clowns. Plenty of better places to buy a vehicle. I will literally drive out of State to buy a new Toyota and tell my family the same.

It's a interesting time to buy a new vehicle. This was only made crazier after working with the sales team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville. I was originally told they would honor MSRP, then in the 11th hour they listed the truck as " Market Value Selling Price" almost $2K over MSRP. I felt mislead. Additionally, several months ago, they had a used truck listed at one price on the internet, and then it was a different price in person. I recommend shopping elsewhere for a vehicle. However, I will say, the staff were very friendly till the bait and switch move at the end.

Very friendly no pressure. They also have a clearance area on some new vehicles, and those prices are already on the vehicle.

I purchased a new Toyota Corolla at Fred Anderson Toyota on 9/4/24. This was my second visit to possibly purchase a car from the dealership. Our first quick visit was just to see what was available. Bryan Cooper met us and I did a test drive in a Corolla sedan. Bryan was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with patience and detail. After a few days of comparing other cars (Honda Civics), I went back to the dealership and Bryan was available to help me find and then purchase my car. While this might seem like a typical experience, it was anything but that. First, Bryan is unlike any other associate I have ever worked with. Besides being extremely knowledgeable with car comparisons, he was kind and never made me feel rushed or pressured- throughout the whole process. He seemed to know what I wanted before I did and expertly helped me through the decision making process. When it came time to do paperwork, Bryan listened to me, explained the numbers, and respected my concerns without any challenge. He understood my limits and actually helped me land at a place I felt comfortable. The whole team worked to make this a pleasant experience. Without a doubt, this is the best organization I have worked with and we will be back.

I spent a month in the summer it’s no AC because they didn’t want to install an aftermarket product even though they knew there was no end in site for the back ordered part. They only offered to install an aftermarket version after I demanded my money back.

I assisted my father in purchasing a used vehicle and Cole B. Was our salesman. He was transparent and authentic throughout the process. He gave a very fair deal and went above and beyond helping when something went amiss the day after the purchase. He made sure that it was made right and even helped deliver the car with my busy work schedule. I am beyond impressed and won't use anyone else going forward. You just don't find integrity like that in car dealers. Highly recommend asking for him if you need to be treated honestly and fairly.

I had the best experience at this dealership from Israel that greeted me to Andrew my sales rep (he was absolutely amazing) to Juan my finance mgr the whole team that worked so hard for me I can’t thank them enough. They really take care of you like you are there family member !!!!!!
