I love thé jewelry and the shop is cute, but there is one lady who works there who is just SO rude. I went in with a couple of my friends with the intent to buy jewelry. We walked in and had coffee, and I finished mine, so I asked if she had a trash can, she gave me an incredibly b***** stare and told me the trash cans outside, stop being lazy. Not only that but everytime we turned a corner around one of the tables, and she couldn’t see our hands, she would pretend to fix something and position herself so she could see us. We aernt going to steal, I wanted to buy jewelry. Honestly won’t be going into that store again as long as she works there.

Was looking for a new place to buy some clothes and decided to stop in. Very glad that I did! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The shop was extremely clean and well organized. Not so much that it overwhelms you but enough to give you a decent selection. Tried on a few items and loved all of them which never happens for me. Normally I’ll try on 8 things and like one or none of them. Everything was good quality and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning in the future

A good place to go for the ultra safety conscious during COVID. For someone with a medical condition which prohibits mask wearing, not so much. Too much of a real mask police vibe here. There's being courteous about it all and then there's being anal if not haranguing. How it was handled was the first time I was struck that maybe we women haven't come so far in our societal conditioning of needing to please... young women have been the only group in the last year who I've seen so ready to hop on someone, chase down, tenaciously enforce, et.al. the mask mandate. Either we're still falling into the trap of the Disease to Please or needing to exert some power cuz we feel little power at all. Too many instances in 15 months for this not to be a certain pattern. I will never go back.

Francesca's is my go-to shop for cute earrings. They also happen to have a nice selection of cute clothes, shoes, purses and hats! The sales people at this particular location are very friendly and often help me narrow down my options. They have sales frequently and quite affordable while on trend. Great little boutique to check out!

I love this little boutique but I purchased a jacket there recently, pulled it out to wear it this evening, and found strings everywhere. I love this jacket and I'm really disappointed that an unworn jacket with the tag still on it has this many loose threads and bad stitching. I'm lucky it's an easy fix but I shouldn't have to fix a jacket that's still brand new.

Today was my first time really going into this shop, everyone in there is extremely nice and helpful, best service ever! I had so much fun shopping there, they have tons cute clothes and accessories! Will definitely be returning!
