Automatic car wash was out of order and under repair so I decided to use the self-serve. The when you get this service is done on a timed basis. It was very expensive at $5 for 5 minutes. I thought I might be able to stop it when not using the equipment but that didn't work. In addition the air drying machine was lame

Fraud Alert: do not run your card. they have been holding $20 on my card as a pending transaction for 5 days now for a mere $5 purchase. use quarters or don't go here.
Update!!! It has now been 8 days and they charged me $5 purchase that cleared AND this $20 purchase pending... This is not "like a gas station" because a gas station only holds the amount I spent and it get cleared after a couple days.... This is not the same.

They placed a $20 hold on my card for a $5 purchase. I only had $30 on my card and thought I would rinse of my car then go get gas. It has now been 3 days and the hold still has not reduced or cleared. This really put me in a tight spot but thankfully I was able to get the gas I needed from the change I found while vacuuming my car here, the vacuum worked great btw. I am just wondering how long until I get my money back. There should not be a hold being put on my account but there needs to be a sign disclaiming this to customer at least.
UPDATE: THEY CHARGED ME TWICE!!!

Do not go here and pay with a card! I paid 10 bucks to wash my car and they charged me a 20 dollar “service fee.” Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe use cash but do not swipe a card at this place.
*update*. Still no refund on card. I saw in other comments their excuse was: “we place a hold on it, just like at a gas station.” That is not a common practice at gas stations. Don’t go here.

One vacuum took my money and didn’t work. I tried another and it wouldn’t accept payment. Tried once more on the middle vacuum with the blue hose and it worked. There was standing water next to it which the hose got into my car.

Of the four locations that are operated by this owner, this one functions better than the rest. The kiosk has sound issues at all locations, but the wash and the equipment here is newer and better.

Not a bad car wash if you have cash do not use your card here I went there twice within the last year and picked a five-dollar wash and been charged 20 ....and of course can not contact anyone about it

wrist-breaker extra heavy spray hose, new price went way up since last visit, can't really hear the low timer buzzer, and my hands are somehow filthy upon leaving. the actual pre-soak, and soap and wax were OK, and the vacuum is a decent deal at $1 for 4 minutes, but I don't remember it like this and I need to find a better place to frequent.

It was a good place to wash your car. The price for the vacuums is, for every $1 you get 4 mins each. The car wash is where you can either get a drive thru one or you can wash it yourself:) I washed my car for 20 mins cause I never been there and that was a good amount of time it costed me 20 dollars for 20 mins.
