Shopping for Bosch wall oven or an alternative high end oven, Ferguson showroom is of the best there is. We made a purchase. What irritated me is their automated phone system. We could not get staff to answer. After their Greenville store advertised "Open Saturday" chose to be closed with no posting beyond the front door. This wasted an hour's drive, an hour back and so phoned Asheville Ferguson to ensure were open. No one picked up the phone at 10.20 am. Rod Patteson

Receptionist nothing but rude. Went in to look for shower fixtures… upon arrival I apologize to the receptionist because I knew they were goin to be closing shortly (15 min) and told her I would be quick cause I knew what I needed. She made it very clear that I was not welcome and need to come back a different day. Building a house and will not be buying anything from them. My Husband remodels bathrooms and we will not be recommending them to clients. If you can’t greet people with respect and professionalism, I can’t imagine how you would get treated if you had a problem after purchase.

Went into Asheville store to get grab bars.I have shopped in the Greensboro store often with great success. The receptionist was cold and condescending, no help at all. I know it was going to be a small purchase. I just bought a house here in AVL and had planned to eventually buy several things from F. I’ll just have to go elsewhere. The receptionist really turned me off.

No response from our sales person. We met in person, waited for follow up from her on a question we had. One month, no follow up. I called and left a message and was told it could be several days for a response because she is busy. Waited a week. No response. Called to follow up and couldn't get through to anyone because call volume was high. Its too much of a challenge to work with them, so moving on to another appliance vendor in Asheville.

Worst customer service. They sold us $3k worth of appliances then disappeared. Still waiting. No delivery or scheduled delivery even though they claim it is in stock. Nobody returns a call or answers the phone. Do business with them?...Good luck.

Walked in in search of lighting. Walked around floor; passed many sales personnel. No one offered help or interest. Sad departure from experience many years ago when furnished new home with purchases from store in Hendersonville

This place knows nothing about customer service. They don’t return calls and it’s impossible to schedule time with a floor consultant. They act like they are the only game in town for plumbing products and home appliances.

I bought brand new appliances with a new home build over a year ago from Ferguson. From day 1, the door on the microwave convection oven was faulty. It will not properly close - it looks, sounds, and feels closed, but the door sensor does not engage, so the the light stays on, and microwave will not come on. You have to slam the door really really hard to get it to work right. Fergusson support has looked at it multiple times and said install is perfect, and its a known problem with this particular model and they shunted us to a 3rd party support company they use that handles warranties and repairs. Unfortunately I have been on a revolving nightmare of support between Ferguson, and this other third party support company that Ferguson uses that keeps calling to say they are closing the case even though they have not done a single thing. The net result is an epic fail on the part of Ferguson and I can't recommend them because - I bought a very expensive appliance brand new from them, it did not work since day one, and have been getting the run around for over a year now, and its still not fixed.

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased high end appliances for our new home at this location. Have had problems with the grill, wall ovens, gas cooktop, beverage cooler, and now hinge on refrigerator. The not only don’t service the appliances that they installed, they don’t even fix the mistakes that they make when they install the appliances. We moved in November and still don’t have issues resolved.
