Dropped a package off at 2:30. Pickup is supposed to be at 4 and I checked to make sure pickup had not yet occurred. Fedex never bothered to pickup that day and is trying to say I dropped it after the delivery time. Go with UPS and save yourself the frustration.

They've had my package now for five days and can't/won't/aren't capable of delivering it. When I asked the trace department if FedEx was in the business of actually delivering packages, surprisingly, he said no. I told him I agreed.Still, no package. Go with UPS - much better.

I will not purchase anything again from any company that ships via Fed Ex.This is not the first problem I've had with them, just the most recent. Wednesday I got a message from FedEx saying they had attempted delivery, but there was no one here. I was at home with the front door open. I have a dog that barks when anyone comes hear. No one attempted delivery. So they were untruthful about that. I tried 18 times to call FedEx shipping and it was busy every time.Two days later, I received another msg informing me the pkg had been delivered. It was NOT delivered! As before, I was home and no one from Fed Ex was here and there is no package.Not getting any response from FedEx, I called the company I bought the merchandise from and cancelled my order. So now they've lost the sale.FedEx has just one job to do -- deliver packages. Is it too much to expect them to actually do this??Fortunately, there are options.

Slow and unhelpful. No compassion. It's like working with robots. Manager was not helpful either.

The man helping my boyfriend and I was not wearing a mask, while everyone else there was. It’s very unprofessional and unsafe.
