Irvin has helped me out twice, and Irvin, if you’re ready this, you’re literally the best. Extremely personable. Extremely up front. I’ve not had my car towed a lot, but both times, he was amazing. I was 25 alone in a dark parking lot at around 2 am with a convertible. Typically, being a woman in this day and age, I would be afraid, but I felt safe. Thank you so much Irvin for everything you’ve done, and everything you continue to do.

Fast Lane is fantastic!!! They were so helpful. The tow truck driver wasn't going to leave tell he got our truck out of the driveway and to the dealership. For how far we needed it towed it was a reasonable price. Definitely in my emergency contacts. Thank you all for e everything.

This towing service really came through for me! I was traveling when my car car broke down. I had to get it from one repair shop to the ford dealer within an hour and I was not in the same location as the car. He even suggested a better alternative for dealership. Can’t thank him enough! Very reasonable charge as well.

So happy I came across this place. The last couple of tows I've needed, they've done for me. Shane is always so polite and helpful. Great customer service, reasonably priced and just a top notch towing company. The 'Fast' in the name of their company, for sure speaks for itself. That they are. I have them saved in my phone and will use them every time.

The towing experience was great and I had absolutely no problems at all with that, the man that helped me was beyond informative and was very kind as well! The reason for my 1 star review is that I have been try to get just 1 PICTURE of my receipt for over two weeks now (so I can get reimbursed through my insurance) and I have called and texted many many times and have been told the same thing everytime. "Call back at 8 tomorrow morning and I will get it done for you." I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY RECEIPT! My tow bill was $220 and I would like to get that money back as would anyone else but I can't because I can't get a simple picture of a receipt!!! My car was towed on September 1st and it is now October 1st. So no I will NEVER use them again for this reason! (Updated I did finally get my receipt on October 2nd!)
