I have been a patient of Dr Rustin Adcock for 8 years now and I am very pleased with him as my physician. He's attentive and personable. The nurses, staff, and front desk are generally courteous. The referral department, especially Abby, are professional and considerate. Like so many practices, FHCA have streamlined their process to become more efficient, but they have also maintain a personal touch. I am more and more aware that healthcare today isn't as personal as it was in years past, and I've had to adjust my expectations. It is what it is.”

“I love this doctors office. The phlebotomist crystal is amazing. I have some of the hardest veins and every time she draws my blood it’s painless and she gets it in one try. All of the doctors are very nice. They can always fit me in for an appointment if necessary, and there’s no long phone tree or wait to talk to a nurse over the phone.”
