The owner was extremely offensive and ill-mannered. She had the audacity to comment on my weight and how a dress I picked out couldn’t possibly fit me. I would say this establishment doesn’t even deserve one star.

On a recent R&R solo vacation to Asheville, I was extremely excited to find and walk into Frock Boutique! Owner, Brooke actually recognized me (mask on mind you) as a customer of Ivy & Leo in uptown Charlotte where she used to work. Brooke has an amazing store with unique pieces that you’re guaranteed to get compliments on; and it’s sure wonderful to see & support woman owned businesses! Such a great shop! I wandered in on a lazy Sunday afternoon and left with a bagful of PERFECT layering pieces. Superbly soft leggings and tunics and long camis... all beautifully made and in a ton of colors. Their customer Service was standout. The kind lady working that day helped me find several options that would work and pair together. She was wonderful. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Asheville!

The selection may be limited but what they do carry is always quality and quite trendy. It's a super small and narrow boutique. As you enter, it has a very real and genuine boutique atmosphere. Lots of black, white, and greys... My favorite colors. Most of what they carry can be pricey but it's always really nice stuff. You pay for what you get! They have a very small section of actually affordable things. I'm in my twenties so, affordable might mean something different to me than it does to you. Any who, the clothes are very pretty. The jewelry is lovely. The only reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the costumer service... I have never received much here. It seems as though if you're not a very serious shopper, the sales clerks aren't even willing much to help. I am one of those costumers that isn't high maintenance but I like some TLC. I need actual opinions by actual people in order to make my purchase happen. With some help from the sales team, I might actually leave there with a bag sometime!
