Purchased a new motorcycle (BMW R1300GS) and accessories from Eurosport Asheville. The Eurosport Asheville team did fantastic work – always returning text/phone communications and being very thorough throughout the entire purchase process, the initial bike service, and the installation of the accessories purchased with the motorcycle. I am very impressed with the dealership team and their willingness to provide quality customer and maintenance services. I will definitely be riding the 100 miles from SC to Eurosport Asheville to get my bike serviced!!

We purchased a BMW GSA from a dealer in another state. We are on a cross country tour. We had an issue with the navigation system. We contacted the Eurosport Asheville while in Asheville. The team at Eurosport welcomed us, and corrected the issue. We appreciate this level of service greatly. We're now ready for the next ~3K miles.

I recently purchased a 2014 BMW R1200 GS Adventure from ESA. Two close friends recommended them, after buying new 1250 Trophys. It was a great decision to buy from ESA. Smooth and easy purchase process, and great staff. I was considering buying from a private owner, to potentially get a lower price. ESA priced my 2014 at substantial discount under book value. I will use ESA for all my future service needs, and if I ever buy another GS, it would only be from them.

Purchased a new to me 1200 GSA on 6/3/24. The staff and the new facility were absolutely amazing.
One of the tires on the motorcycle was out of balance. I called them to inform them of this and they immediately took the bike back and replaced the tire. Everything is perfect with the motorcycle and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. ??

Friends MoMo died on us near the Smokey. Got it towed in, and they ran a few test on it, And we were back on the road shortly. My hat is off to them. Great folk!

I purchased a 2024 ktm 690 smcr from them and have done my first service and couldn't be happier with them. They are always eager and knowledgeable about any questions I have. The owner called me a couple hours after I purchased the motorcycle to check in and make sure everything going well. It's a nice to know they still care about their customers after the sale was finished.
This was my first motorcycle with a quick shifter and I thought it was in fully operational order because it worked. After my first service the tech discovered there was a issue. They warranted the parts and had me back on the road in a week. It's butter smooth now. I'm very happy that they brought it up and without me complaining and fixed it at no cost. It's a good feeling that a dealer will honor their warranty without question.
They let me barrow a used BMW GS for a week and it was a blast to be able to ride a bike I haven't every ridden before.
If you are purchasing a KTM or BMW Eurosport Asheville is where you want to do it. They have top notch service and really want every customer to have the best experience.
When they say they are all riders I believe them. They stand behind their product. Thank you team for being the best.
