What an amazing, healing, and empowering fitness space! I have been going here for 3 1/2 years and have loved every instructor I have met. I have always felt welcomed, and included here and appreciate how seriously they have took the student’s safety during the pandemic. Love my empyrean family! ❤️

This place is AMAZING!!!The instructors are so patient, sweet, and encouraging! They offer classes for all skill levels and are so on top of things, especially safety. Waverly is just lovely. I wish I could give them 10 stars for boosting so many people's confidence!

I've been going here on and off for the last 6 years. The instructors are always very nice and encouraging and have modifications for my body type. I adore this place and their commitment to holding a safe and inclusive space for all bodies. The owners are pretty cool too.
