I always requested ETA because I really developed a relationship with Everton (the Jamaican driver who keeps Bob Marley playing) and Brenda, a real sweetheart. They were the regular service for Land of Sky Regional Council, but Vaya took over July 1. The driver to my appointment was very nice (John, from Scotland) and helped me with some issues with my HOA (terrible road, well problems with no water). He came straight to Woodfin Place. They tried to throw it back on me, that I wasn’t at the appointed place even though I was here 15 minutes early, at 1145. It is now 1515. I have been stranded downtown for THREE AND A HALF HOURS! ART is not an option, because I live in Candler’s Beaverdam, miles from the last bus stop west. I habe a bad back and cannot walk. I called Modivcare (Vaya) three times and was assured the ride was nearby. It didn’t arrive, and I realized they might be going to Woodfin STREET a block away, somewhere near the health department. I called the third time, but this time, the agent at Modivcare couldn’t get anyone to verify the address. I was able to leave one message about two hours ago and marked it urgent, but no one called back. The driver didn’t even attempt to call me; Angela at ETA had told me before that they didn’t have to call, although the other drivers always have. What made me most angry was that their voicemail was full except for that one time. Good going, Elite; I would have rated you a five before today and only because of past service do I not give a 1. From now on, I will request a ride from anyone BUT Elite. You had a loyal rider, but one major fkup has cost you.

Good luck at getting hold of anyone!!! They NEVER pick up the phone!! If there was a zero rating I would give it!!!!! You people suck!!!!!!!!

They were not just late, they were LATE! 45 minutes late! I was more than an hour late to my medical procedure that has a 3 month waiting period. I would NOT recommend this company for any reason.

Can not recommend this service to anyone. More concerned about her own comfort than the rider. Does not read and follow the instructions.

On 3 different occasions this year alone---TWICE with the same doctor---they were so late that I had to reschedule. They are AWFUL. And it's also hard to get someone to answer the phone.

I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. Twice this week patient's have had to wait over 2 hours before somebody picked them up after their appointment. Also, good luck trying to get ahold of them, because you will leave multiple messages with no returned calls.

From a provider standpoint this place is awful. They bring people to our clinic and leave them here for hours. No one will answer the phone at the office and calls don't get returned when trying to establish return times

I have ridden with them 3 times over the past 2 weeks. I had a different driver each time, and each time I thought " I hope I get that driver again, he was really nice." They were also on time, and the cars were clean and comfortable.
