Bad from start to finish! 3 days after paying extra for "gel" polish that's supposed to last longer, my polish is all chipped off, just a rip off!

We are currently in town for the weekend & this was the second nail salon we stopped at. The first one turned us away because we didn't have an appointment so we found the next closest. I'm sooo glad we did, the service was amazing. The place wasn't crowded. The employees talked to us & treated us like human beings & after I was finished and waiting on my friend they let me relax in the massage chair & watch tv while I waited. They also asked us if we would like a refreshment. Overall a very professional, clean, enjoyable atmosphere

LOVE these ladies and gentleman! They are so friendly, and know everyone's names. I also like that they open earlier than other nail salons! Grab a coffee next door and come see what a wonderful job they can do! Kim and Sokny are great!

David provides EXCELLENT quality work, paying attention to every detail of nail care. He is polite professional and friendly in addition to the skills he brings to customer care. I am DEFINITELY rebooking and so happy I found someone who pays attention to detail and really cares about quality results.Everyone at Elite is friendly and the space is very clean. Thank you !

Phenomenal experience with Sokny! She was energetic and conversive and made me feel special. She did beautiful work on my nails for an amazing price, even when they didn't want to cooperate with the curing machine. The only thing that makes me sad is I'm from out of town and won't be able to get her again. GO TO HER, YOU WONT REGRET IT. ??
