An odd review as I haven’t shopped here in a while, as I live in a different state now. Elementality was my first job when I was 16 years old, so 12 years ago! They paid me incredibly well, very ahead of their time for paying a decent living wage, I can only imagine how well their sales people are paid now. I was taught so much and even got to participate in photoshoots which I remember making my teen self very happy and feel involved with the business. I wish this business nothing but the best and am so happy to still see them thriving!

My FAV jewelry place. I was visiting from CT and had an amazing experience. Beautiful clothing and outdoorsy themed/crystal jewelry. The employees were so kind. 10/10

Agree with other posters that the compliments are too much. It made me want to leave sooner. Clothing was also for small sizes.That said, the jewelry was nice and there were cards explaining the properties of the stones.

Well curated shop that fits a needed niche in Asheville. I just wish it didn’t feel so over the top with the interactions (endless compliments that feel like a grasp at times) from the sales reps. You can certainly tell the pay scale is based off commission, which hey, it’s a valid business strategy, and seems to be working for them! I just have to really make sure I’m in the right mindset when I go in or I get overwhelmed quickly.

Beautiful space. Gorgeous jewelry and craftsmanship. Incredible, professional and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for any sophisticated hippies .

Beautiful shop with beautiful stuff, but the experience in store was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. I was watched like a hawk and the person managing the store that day was never more than two feet away. Moved around the counter as I moved around the counter. Stepped out of the counter to the clothing area to watch me there too. It was just awful and I had to leave after traveling 45 minutes out of my way just to see this place. I didn’t even get to see everything.

I’ve been shopping at Elementality since they were located in the Asheville Mall. They have beautiful, hand-crafted jewelry at amazing prices! The pieces have held up over the years, looking just as stunning as the day I bought them. I have a bad habit of knocking my rings (due to clumsiness) and nothing has chipped, cracked, or fallen out. The employees are always helpful and kind. They’re very knowledgeable about stones as well. I always shop here because I know the quality will be excellent. All of my friends and family shop here too. We’ve loved Elementality for many years.

SO expensive and a good portion of it is made in the same sweatshops as anywhere else. BUT they do have some hidden gems and a little bit of local art. I found a brand of non-toxic nail polish here that I continue to prefer over any other brand, as well as my favorite candle.I do remember that when they were inside of Asheville Mall, they had more locally made options including clothing.

I have been a customer here for at least 15 years and I have never had less than exceptional service, and I always get compliments on everything I buy here! I’m confused by some of these reviews because the jewelry is unique and beautiful and the quality is always great, never had a single issue with anything I have purchased from here! The staff is amazing and work hard to take care of customers, which as someone who managed retail stores for 30 years I can say is very rare. Jordana and Amanda and all the staff are great and always willing to go above and beyond as I live out of State and often shop via Instagram or phone, and have the merchandise shipped. Seriously people be kind and understanding, if you ever have a problem give them a chance to resolve it, these are genuinely special people!

I absolutely love shopping here. I try to visit every time I’m in town. The customer service is impeccable and the knowledge about the merchandise that the staff has is impressive. Everyone is so nice and helpful.I highly recommend !!

The atmosphere is very welcoming, along with a very knowledgeable staff. I get so many compliments on the pendant I purchased from here. If you’re in Asheville or traveling through; I highly recommend a drop in.
