Such an amazing and inspiring experience. You cannot visit this open art studio and not leave without some piece of art in your hand. You also cannot visit here and not leave without the urge to create, inspire and find your own purpose within the art community. Loved walking through here!

If you love clay, or just want to know more about ceramics, Odyssey Gallery is for you. 24 carefully selected, accomplished artists show their work in the ground level gallery, while up a short flight of stairs artists are at work, creating a variety of hand built and wheel thrown pieces. Don’t miss Second Saturdays, when live music, demonstrations and snacks are available. It’s a must see in the RAD.

Odyssey Gallery of Ceramic Arts, in the River Arts District (RAD) is a terrific place for unique pottery! It has an incredible variety of high quality ceramics - all locally made, and it's a co-op gallery so the people behind the desk are some of the artists! They're really helpful, and I've gotten lots of gifts here. It's a great gallery to visit if you're local, or when you're visiting and want to take home a bit of the mountains!

What a wonderful gathering of amazing ceramic artists in one gallery. It showcases the huge variety of works that can be created from one material from sculpture to functional pottery designed to be used every day. Don’t miss this opportunity to see the degree of creativity and craftsmanship at Odyssey. Very inspiring.

I love going to Odyssey Gallery when I'm in town. Their ceramic artists and potters are some of the best in Asheville. It's great to have so many of them all in the same place. There are artists at work in the studio who are welcome to visitors watching and asking questions. It's neat to get to meet a lot of them, too!

This is a fantastic gallery with great ceramic art! It is also a working studio so you actually get to meet with artists and see the process! A place you definitely do not want to miss when visiting Asheville!!

Odyssey Gallery of Ceramic art makes me believe in creativity. I mean, there are so many different ways to use clay. Odyssey Gallery has such a variety of ceramic artists. Sculpture, pottery, painting. The gallery has a group of 24 unique artists, each with their own eyes, hands and talent that make for a meaningful experience. It's also neat to watch the artists at work. I highly recommend visiting.

Talented artists, and so many of them! What a great space to walk into and the artist(s) who are working are so generous with their time. Try to catch a 2nd Saturday of the month, there's a great buzz in the gallery and in the studios as well on those days. Really special place with a great feel.

This is a beautiful gallery exhibiting amazingly crafted blown glass and ceramics. Everything from bowls, lighting and jewelry is on display. There is a workshop on site, although there weren't any artists present during our visit. Bring your wallet and take home a unique and gorgeous work of art.

This is a great spot located in the River Arts district of Asheville. I was visiting a friend and she specifically brought me to this gallery; which is one of her favorites. I picked up a beautiful Laura Peery mug that will be a perfect Christmas gift for a good friend. They had some beautiful pieces and if I was not flying the next day and afraid they would get broken in transit I would have picked up more pieces. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
